The weather looks good, and the NOTAM has been filed. We are go for launch!
We will start setting up around 9:00 on Saturday, 7/9, and we will launch until we are out of rocket motors, which usually happens a little after lunch. We are hoping to also grill a few hot dogs and hamburgers out there. It should be a great day for a rocket-picnic.
Spectators are always welcome. If you haven’t been to a RIMRA launch yet, be prepared to park your vehicle at the farm and walk with your rockets to the center of the field. Be prepared for a picnic-style experience–the club has a few EZ-ups, chairs and water bottles that we are happy to share, but please be prepared to be outdoors.
